Returns & Refund Policy
At ShopVybe, all products are made-to-order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds except in cases of manufacturing defects, damaged items, or incorrect products received.
Eligibility for Replacement / Refund
You are eligible only if:
- The product is misprinted, damaged, or defective, or
- You received a wrong item
Reporting an Issue
- You must report the issue within 4 days (96 hours) of delivery
- Email us at contact@shopvybe.in
Please include:
- Order ID
- Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
- Photos of the product showing the issue
- Images of original packaging
⚠️ Claims without proper unboxing video and images may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Resolution Process
- All requests are reviewed and verified with our production partner

If approved, we will offer:
- Replacement, or
- Refund (only if replacement is not possible)
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Return Shipping
- If a return is required, a ₹100 shipping & handling fee will be applicable
- Returns are accepted only after approval
- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind
- Minor color differences (due to screen vs print variations)
- Damage caused while opening the package
- Requests made after 4 days of delivery
For size-related issues without defects, a new order must be placed at your own cost.
Important Notes
- If the package appears damaged at delivery, please mention it to the courier while receiving
- For size discrepancies, measurement photos must be provided
- Slight color variation may occur due to DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing process
Lost Shipments
If an order is marked as lost in transit, we will process a refund or replacement after confirmation from the courier partner.
